**All appointments must be booked at least 48hrs prior to service.
First time cleanings: receive $20 off your first cleaning with us just
for trying us out!
On-going House Cleanings: After the initial cleaning,
we charge you a fixed rate for regular service (weekly, biweekly or monthly).
This rate includes the basic tasks listed in our specifications.
Move
In/Move Out/Post Construction Cleanings: These are deep cleanings in a house or
apartment where there is little or no furniture, or in a home that has had
recent construction. These cleanings are done hourly from a list of priorities
constructed over the phone.
Payment Policy: Cash only please.
Canceled Appointments: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a cleaning
appointment, at least 24 hours notice is required. PLEASE TRY TO CONTACT US
WITHIN 24 HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL.
ASAP
Cleaning: If you need your home cleaned immediately, (same day), and we can fit
you into scheduling there is a $40 increase in the service charge.
Cleaning Products: If you would prefer we use your cleaning supplies,
that is fine; we understand that our customers all have their favorite cleaning
products. Otherwise we will use products listed within our cleaning
specifications.
**Homes in extreme disarray: Unfortunately we are not
staffed to service homes in extreme disarray.
Service Quality Guarantee:
Living Spaces Home Cleaning & Organizational Service's strives to provide
outstanding cleaning services for our clients. If you are unhappy with any
cleaning service provided, you are required to notify us immediately (within 24
hrs of service unless otherwise specified) and we will in turn rectify the
problem for free.
